Creative agency studioplay®

Background ZoGrace agency approached studioplay® with the challenge of developing a staff recruitment campaign for renowned companies such as the Arena, Ziggo, Afas and Pathé. The focus was on attracting a critical young target group in Zuidoost.

Concept The creative concept developed by studioplay® focused on the specific identities of the companies: Scoring (Arena), Rocken (Afas), Showen (Pathé) and Shinen (Ziggo). This concept served as the carrier of the campaign and was implemented both offline and online.

Outturn studioplay® ensured that the concept was implemented consistently in all aspects of the campaign, both offline and online. Visual and textual expressions were adapted to the unique atmosphere of each company, so that the intended target group was addressed.

Outcome The result of the campaign was to reach a critical young target group in Zuidoost. In addition, the set goals of filling open vacancies were more than achieved. The creative and effective concept of studioplay® ensured that the campaign not only stood out, but was also effective in attracting qualified candidates for the various vacancies at the Arena, Ziggo, Afas and Pathé.
