Collaboration and Approach
ZoGrace agency asked Studioplay® to develop a staff recruitment campaign aimed at a critical young target group in Amsterdam Zuidoost. The creative concept translated the identity of the participating companies into catchy themes: Scoring (Arena), Rocking (Afas), Show (Pathé) and Shine (Ziggo). This became the common thread of the campaign and was rolled out both offline and online.
Results and Impact
The campaign was able to successfully reach the intended target group and ensured that the open vacancies at all companies involved were filled. Thanks to Studioplay®'s strong and recognisable concept, the campaign got a striking, consistent look that strengthened the connection with young talent.
