Urban Sync played a key role in connecting Timpaan, the client, with studioplay® for an important tender. Together with partners such as Ouwehand Construction & Development, AW Group, Faro Architects, ZUS, Juli Development, Merosch, Interregio Group, KuiperCompagnons, Sweco, and Area of People, the goal was to create a compelling visual identity that communicated the project's vision clearly and attractively.

Urban Sync and studioplay® worked closely together to develop mood boards, icons, and illustrations that made the project's values, such as sustainability and community building, tangible. These visual elements gave the proposal a human dimension and emphasized the quality of life for future residents.

Thanks to this collaboration and studioplay®'s strong visual storytelling, the tender was successfully won. The unique identity gave Timpan's proposal a distinctive look, giving the consortium a clear advantage. This success not only strengthened the position of Timpan and Urban Sync, but also that of studioplay® in future projects.
