Collaboration and Approach

6 bpm is a breathing coaching institute that offers breathing training, inspired by, among others, the Wim Hof Method. With a clear mission — helping people release stress, strengthening their health and increasing resilience — the founder asked Studioplay® for a brand identity that makes this essence tangible.

During the creative sessions, key words such as rest, energy, focus and recovery were translated into mood boards that highlight both the scientific basis and the spiritual dimension of breathing. The logo and visual style respond to the rhythm of six breaths per minute: a symbol of the ideal balance between body and mind.

Results and Impact

The new brand identity gives 6 bpm a powerful and recognisable appearance that distinguishes the institute in the market for breath coaching. The visual language exudes professionalism and accessibility and makes the method attractive to a wide audience — from business customers to individual participants. Thanks to this positioning, 6 bpm continue its growth and increase its impact.
